Instructions

  • 1 tin tuna, drained
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into quarters
  • 6 salad tomatoes, sliced
  • Half a cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Finely sliced beetroot
  • Handful black olives
