Lifespan vs healthspan: Why the difference matters

Living longer is one thing. Living well is another. Healthspan is the number of years you spend in good health, with the energy, strength, mobility and mental clarity to do the things that matter to you.

While lifespan measures how long we live, healthspan measures how well we live.

Bones and joints
