balanced daily routine.

However, both Cellular Calm Complex (56mg of active magnesium per capsule magnesium) and Advanced Bone Complex (150mg active magnesium per capsule)
contain meaningful levels of magnesium. H3O Hydration contains 36mg of magnesium and H3O Night Repair 15mg as part of their ionic electrolyte formulas. The recommended upper daily intake for supplemental magnesium is 350mg, please ensure that you do not take more than this amount.

Many customers choose to alternate them depending on their needs;
for example, using Cellular Calm Complex during particularly stressful periods,
and Advanced Bone Complex as part of their regular evening bone-support
routine.
