This recipe is a delicious way to get rainbow veggies into your diet. The wraps are inspired by a recipe in Life changing foods by Anthony William.
Instructions
Step 1 -
Rinse all vegetables under running water.
Step 2 -
Trim Swiss Chard leaves from stems.
Step 3 -
Slice bell pepper, avocado and cabbage into thin strips.
Step 4 -
Arrange vegetables and sprouts on the leaves and roll up like a burrito.
Step 5 -
Blend the mango, tomato, ginger and chill if using, until smooth.
