Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees centigrade.
Step 2
Cut plums in half and discard stones, arrange in a baking dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle plums with vanilla, maple syrup and water.
Step 4
Place in oven and roast until they are soft.
Step 5
Allow to cool.
Step 6
Stir vanilla and maple syrup into the yogurt.
Step 7
Serve plums with a scoop of yogurt and drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
Ingredients
- 8-10 plums
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds scraped) or 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cinnamon sticks or 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3-4 tbsp water
To serve:
- 150g coconut yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp maple syrup
