Instructions

Step 1 

Add the kefir and the rest of the ingredients to your food blender except the cacao nibs.

Step 2 

Blitz until smooth and creamy in consistency then sprinkle with cacao nibs.

Step 3 

Consume straight away or prepare ahead but without the protein powder. Add the protein powder just before consuming.

  • 200ml kefir
  • 100ml water
  • 1 banana
  • 50g handful raspberries
  • 40g oats
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 scoop Rejuvenated Chocolate Protein Smoothie
  • Cacao nibs to sprinkle, if desired
