Instructions
Step 1
Add the kefir and the rest of the ingredients to your food blender except the cacao nibs.
Step 2
Blitz until smooth and creamy in consistency then sprinkle with cacao nibs.
Step 3
Consume straight away or prepare ahead but without the protein powder. Add the protein powder just before consuming.
Ingredients
- 200ml kefir
- 100ml water
- 1 banana
- 50g handful raspberries
- 40g oats
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1 scoop Rejuvenated Chocolate Protein Smoothie
- Cacao nibs to sprinkle, if desired
