Step 1 -
Start by grilling your bread until golden and crisp. Top with the avocado, tomato and mozzarella slices. Scatter over the basil, if using, and serve with a drizzle of balsamic and sprinkle of chilli flakes.

- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 1 Medium Avocado
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 container Mini Mozzarella balls
- Handful Fresh Basil
- 1 pinch Chilli flakes to serve
- sprinkle Balsamic vinegar
