How to Use

Add 1 serving (11g, approx 1 heaped tablespoon) of Collagen Shots® into a glass, shaker or blender. Add 200-250ml of water or preferred beverage and mix thoroughly.

Take 1 -2 servings per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage. Store in a cool dry environment. Once opened, always reseal the pouch and consume within 60 days.
