Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C.
Step 2
Place the sliced carrots into a bowl and toss with the oil, salt and pepper, arrowroot and optional herbs (we used 1 tsp paprika). Combine until all fries are well coated.
Step 3
Line on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, turning half-way through cooking, or until golden and crisp.
Step 4
Scatter over chopped coriander and serve with your choice of dip, or as a side.
Ingredients
- 500g carrots, sliced into sticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle herbs of choice such as paprika, ground coriander, chilli flakes, etc (optional but recommended)
- Chopped coriander to serve (optional)
