This is one of Lois' favourite dishes, she adores avocado, chilli and garlic so it definitely combines her favourites. It makes me think of summer picnics in the garden as it goes with just about everything.

Instructions

Step 1 -

Mash avocado well, add limes immediately to prevent oxidation.

Step 2 -

Add chopped onion, chilli, garlic, coriander and salt. Mix well.

Step 3 -

Serve with gluten free crackers.

  • 3 Avocado mashed
  • 1 handful Coriander
  • 3 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2 Limes - juice
  • 1 Medium red chilli
  • 1 Red onion chopped
  • 1 dash Salt
