Who doesn't love avocado smash on toast. It's super delicious at any time of day and such a quick tasty treat to rustle up

Instructions

Step 1 -

Start by grilling your bread until golden and crisp. Top with the avocado, tomato and mozzarella slices. Scatter over the basil, if using, and serve with a drizzle of balsamic and sprinkle of chilli flakes.

  • 1 Medium Avocado
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 container Mini Mozzarella balls
  • Handful Fresh Basil
  • 1 pinch Chilli flakes to serve
