Vanilla and cinnamon roasted plums

Instructions
Step 1 -
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees centigrade
Step 2 -
Cut plums in half and discard stones, arrange in a baking dish
Step 3 -
Sprinkle plums with vanilla, maple syrup and water
Step 4 -
Place in oven and roast until they are soft
Step 5 -
Allow to cool
Step 6 -
For yogurt
Stir vanilla and maple syrup into the yogurt.
Step 7 -
Serve plums with a scoop of yogurt and drizzle of maple syrup if desired

- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds scraped) or 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cinnamon sticks or 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3-4 tbsp water

- 150g coconut yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp maple syrup
