Strawberry Chia Pudding

What a delicious treat. Samantha Hadadi has created these gorgeous chia puddings and we can't wait to try them. They take no preparation time at all, just a little patience whilst waiting for them to set.
Step 1 -
Stir chia seeds into coconut milk and split into 4 dishes and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Step 2 -
Put one quarter of the mix into serving bowl.
Step 3 -
Add the scoop of Protein Smoothie evenly to the other 3 parts of chia and add one of the portions to the original bowl of plain chia.
Step 4 -
Mix 1/4 tsp of beetroot powder into the third part of chia and add to original bowl.
Step 5 -
Mix 1/2 tsp beetroot powder into the final part of chia and add to original bowl.
Step 6 -
Place back in the refrigerator over night and in the morning top with coconut cream, cherries and berries.

- 100 ml Coconut milk or alternative
- 1 dessert spoon Coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop Protein Smoothie - Strawberry
