Chocolate protein balls with Protein Smoothie
These are a delicious tasty treat, yet they are so very healthy too.
Adding Chocolate Protein Smoothie makes it the perfect protein snack on the go or ideal pre training treat.
They are vegan with tasty freeze dried raspberries. Made in minutes with no cooking involved. Why not whip a few up to try yourself.
Ingredients:
-Cashews
-Oats
-Dates
-Chocolate Protein Smoothie
-Cacao nibs
-Almond Butter
-Coconut Oil
-Ground Almonds
-Freeze Dried Raspberries
Method:
-Ground oats and cashews together
-Add dates, protein smoothie and cacao nibs to mixture and blend
-Heat up 2 tablespoons of almond butter and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
-Add the mixture to almond butter and coconut oil and stir.
– Add ground almonds to mixture for thickness
– Stir in freeze dried raspberries
-Put in fridge for 5 mins to cool slightly
-Take out of fridge and roll into balls
-Place in fridge for 30 mins
That’s if you can manage to wait for 30 minutes.
