This collagen pudding is deliciously light and a perfect summer evening treat.

Instructions

Step 1 -

Remove coconut milk from the fridge and scoop out the 'cream' from the top of the tin. Reserve water to use in protein smoothies etc.

Step 2 -

Add the remaining ingredients and beat smooth with an electric whisk for around 5 minutes.

Step 3 -

Place back in the fridge to firm up overnight, then spoon into glasses or jars and serve with fresh berries.

  • 1 tbsp Arrowroot
  • 125 g coconut yogurt
  • 2 scoops Collagen Shots
  • Sprinkle Fresh berries to serve
  • 400 g Full fat tin coconut milk - chilled
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla paste
