Ingredients

3 Avocado mashed
1 handful Coriander
3 cloves Garlic chopped
2 Limes - juice
1 Medium red chilli
1 Red onion chopped
1 dash Salt

Method

Mash avocado well, add limes immediately to prevent oxidation.

Add chopped onion, chilli, garlic, coriander and salt. Mix well.
