We adore this recipe for protein truffles by Sophie's Healthy Kitchen.
1 tsp Beetroot powder
50 g Dark chocolate coating
¼ cup Ground almonds
2 tbsp Madhava
1 scoop Rejuvenated chocolate Protein Smoothie
Blend all ingredients apart from chocolate together, divide into 1 inch balls.
Melt chocolate and drizzle over balls.
Put in fridge to set and enjoy.
