1 Papaya halved and scooped out
2 tbsp Chia seeds
½ cup Almond milk
½ tsp Agave nectar
3 drops Vanilla Essence
½ tsp Ginger grated raw or dry
Fruit to serve if required
1 H3O Hydration - 1 serving



Put chia seeds, ginger, agave, vanilla essence and almond milk into a bowl, cover and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.


Halve papaya and scoop out the middle. Scoop in chia mix and top with fruit.
