Instructions

Step 1 -

Freeze bananas day or night before.

Step 2 -

Add all ingredients for Smoothie into a blender and whisk until smooth.

Step 3 -

Place in a bowl.

Step 4 -

Sprinkle with berries, nuts and seeds as required.
