Ingredients

500 g Carrot-Fries
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Arrowroot powder
sprinkle Salt and pepper to taste
sprinkle Herbs of choice (optional but recommended) paprika, ground coriander, chilli flakes, etc

Method

Preheat oven to 200C.

Place the sliced carrots into a bowl and toss with the oil, salt and pepper, arrowroot and optional herbs (we used 1 tsp paprika). Combine until all fries are well coated.

Line on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, turning half-way through cooking, or until golden and crisp.

Scatter over chopped coriander and serve with your choice of dip, or as a side.
