Ingredients

4 slices Sourdough bread
1 Medium Avocado
12 Cherry tomatoes
1 container Mini Mozzarella balls
Handful Fresh Basil
1 pinch Chilli flakes to serve
sprinkle Balsamic vinegar

Start by grilling your bread until golden and crisp. Top with the avocado, tomato and mozzarella slices. Scatter over the basil, if using, and serve with a drizzle of balsamic and sprinkle of chilli flakes.
