Ingredients
 

  • 1 Papaya halved and scooped out
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp Agave nectar
  • 3 drop Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger grated raw or dry
  • Fruit to serve if required
  • 1 H3O Hydration - 1 serving

Instructions
 

  • Put chia seeds, ginger, agave, vanilla essence and almond milk into a bowl, cover and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Halve papaya and scoop out the middle. Scoop in chia mix and top with fruit.
