- 10 g Alfalfa sprouts
- 100 g Butternut squash
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
- 10 g Flaked almonds
- Handful Salad leaves
- 10 g Walnuts
Instructions
- Wash and dry all salad.
- Peel and spiralise or use a peeler to create butternut squash spaghetti.
- Cut tomatoes in half and add with alfalfa sprouts.
- Too with walnuts and flaked almonds.
