If you want to boost your vitamin C levels this green smoothie is the perfect high potency drink. Created by Samantha Hadadi, food blogger and healthy recipe guru. It's a great way to energise and pack in some of your 5 a day.

Instructions

Step 1 -

Place all ingredients into the blender and blitz smooth. Add more water or milk, if desired, until you reach desired consistency.

  • 1/4 cup Almond or cashew milk
  • 1/2 bag Baby spinach
  • Optional Ice, fresh parsley/mint, ginger, chia seeds
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1/2 Ripe avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup Water
