Ingredients
- 1 Papaya halved and scooped out
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 tsp Agave nectar
- 3 drop Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 tsp Ginger grated raw or dry
- Fruit to serve if required
- 1 H3O Hydration - 1 serving
Instructions
- Put chia seeds, ginger, agave, vanilla essence and almond milk into a bowl, cover and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Halve papaya and scoop out the middle. Scoop in chia mix and top with fruit.
