This gorgeous recipe was inspired by childhood memories that Samantha Hadadi had of Black Forest gateau on special occasions.

Instructions

Step 1 -

Place each of the ingredients into a blender and blitz smooth, adjusting the sweetness or cacao flavouring to taste

Step 2 -

Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Almond or coconut milk
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Cacao
  • 1 cup Frozen cherries
  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Rejuvenated chocolate protein
  • 25 g Spinach
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla paste
  • Cherries
  • Chocolate flakes
  • Coconut cream
