 250 ml Almond milk per smoothie
 ½ Avocado
 2 Banana
 ½ tsp Beetroot powder
 ½ tsp Blue spirulina
 few Dried goji berries
 1 scoop Protein Smoothie per drink
 1 cup Spinach
