Strawberry Collagen Smoothie Bowl

We are usually in a rush in a morning and throw our ingredients into a blender. Its normally drunk before we even think to get the camera out. This gorgeous photo was taken by Brenda Godinez is so appetising and far more stylish than my Smoothies.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 scoop Collagen Shots
  • 100 g Gluten free Oats
  • 1 scoop H3O Hydration
  • handful Strawberries
  • 1/2 Tin coconut milk
  • sprinkle Desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients while retaining some strawberries for decoration, blend and pop into bowl.
  • Top with strawberries and a sprinkle of oats. Enjoy!
