We aim to process all orders placed before 2PM Monday – Friday on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
As the UK announced our Brexit completion at the start of the year new legislation has been put into practise.
There has been little time for shippers and customs officials to adapt to the changes and we are working to resolve the problems that have arisen. We have arranged to ship product from a warehouse in Holland and the set up process should be complete by the beginning of September. Until then your orders may be delayed according to local customs officials, in some cases EU officials are returning goods. We have now opened a warehouse in Holland that should remedy this situation. We are continually monitoring orders and apologise in advance but this is out of our hands.
We have removed VAT for orders being shipped to the EU, however you will be charged VAT at your local rate on delivery. Some couriers will also ask for a service charge. As we manufacture in the UK our products should not attract import duty.
Card Payments (Stripe): we have removed the VAT from the amount of the subscription and this will remain the same for all future transactions.
Paypal Payments: we are unable to edit Paypal payments. If you have an active subscription plan through PayPal please could you cancel it and set up a new one which will be without the VAT.

Since the onset of Covid shipping has been slightly slower to the Internationally so please bear this in mind. We are a British company and allow extra time for cross border shipping when placing your order
As a British company some couriers will despatch goods to a larger hub within the EU before shipping to the country of final destination.
Occasionally custom officials open packages, if you should receive a parcel where the goods have been damaged during this procedure, please notify us upon receipt and include in photo of the damage so that we can arrange a replacement.
