The really good news is that there will be an increased focus on positive health care

Traditionally in the Western world, looking after our health meant that you treated someone once they became ill.  Now we are being proactive in preventative measures, taking health tests but also looking into supplements to boost wellness.

As medical professionals have ever increased demands on their time there will be an increasing number of consultations carried out by video call or by phone. This will allow patients access to consultants in different geographical areas where necessary and give the patient more flexibility. Mental wellbeing

There will be a continued focus on mental health as we face the long dark months during an economic slump. A Forbes Health poll revealed that the number 1 goal for New Year resolutions for 2023 is to improve mental health. Over 45% mentioned Mental health with 39% who listed fitness and 37% who want to lose weight.

Avocado oil has been around for some time but will start to become more mainstream. This oil has a multitude of benefits as it’s packed with beta carotene and omega 3 and is associated with lowering cholesterol levels. It has a high smoke point and is an excellent choice for cooking.
